Veronica Gordanier
MACP, RP (Qualifying)
Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
Clients: Teen Therapy (12+) & Individual Therapy for Adults
Veronica is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) at the Stradwick Psychology & Neurofeedback Clinic. She works with adolescents and adults who may appear to be coping well externally while feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck beneath the surface. She supports clients navigating chronic stress, burnout, anxiety, life transitions, and the lasting impact of early relational experiences. Many of the clients she works with find themselves caught in patterns of overthinking, perfectionism, self-criticism, emotional overwhelm, or over-functioning in relationships, and are seeking a new way of relating to themselves and others. She also works with neurodivergent adolescents and adults, particularly where masking, burnout, or challenges with identity and self-understanding are present.
Her approach is attachment- and trauma-informed, integrating parts work, somatic and nervous system-based strategies, and evidence-based therapies including ACT, CBT, and person-centered therapy. Veronica’s work is collaborative, relational, and paced with care, grounded in the belief that many patterns make sense in the context of one’s lived experience. Therapy is a space to slow down, make sense of difficulties, and move toward greater self-understanding, self-compassion, and more sustainable ways of relating to yourself and others.
In addition to individual therapy for adolescents and adults, Veronica offers a limited number of child-centered play therapy spaces for children aged 8–12. This work supports children navigating ADHD, autism, stress, and difficult life experiences, with a focus on emotional safety, regulation, and connection.
