Veronica is a Registered Psychotherapist at the Stradwick Psychology & Neurofeedback Clinic. She has her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology program. With a foundation rooted in understanding human behaviour, Veronica holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Ottawa and a graduate certificate in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) from Florida Tech. She is certified as an ABA practitioner at the undergraduate level as a Board Certified Assistant Behaviour Analyst (BCaBA). Following the completion of the MACP program, Veronica aims to become certified as a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst and Registered Psychotherapist.
Veronica’s approach places authenticity and genuineness as the heart of her practice. Her eclectic approach is characterized by a blend of cognitive-behavioural, solution-focused, and trauma-informed therapies to place the needs of the client central to the therapeutic process.
Across five years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and families through the challenges associated with ASD, ADHD, OCD, and anxiety, Veronica has committed her practice to seeking ongoing collaboration and meaningful connection between herself and her clients. She strives to cultivate a space of trust and acceptance where clients of all abilities feel empowered to explore their emotions, thoughts, and experiences openly without judgment.
