Rachel is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) at Stradwick Psychology & Neurofeedback Clinic. She holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience and Mental Health from Carleton University.

Rachel works with youth and adults navigating important life changes, grappling with relationship challenges, seeking a deeper sense of purpose, or healing from past wounds. She is passionate about helping individuals better understand themselves, strengthen their relationships, and move toward lives that feel more aligned, connected, and fulfilling.
She believes therapy is most powerful when it is grounded in genuine connection, warmth, and mutual respect. Her approach is client-centered, holistic, and trauma-informed, ensuring that every person who walks through her door is seen, heard, and supported exactly where they are. Rachel strives to cultivate a safe and affirming space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences without judgment.

In therapy, she works to help clients:

  • Deepen understanding of themselves and their patterns
  • Strengthen emotional awareness and resilience
  • Navigate relationship issues and interpersonal stress
  • Clarify values and purpose, and
  • Build practical, meaningful steps toward the life they want to lead

Rachel draws from an integrative approach, tailoring therapeutic tools and perspectives to meet each client’s unique needs rather than applying a one-size-fits-all model. She incorporates elements of Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), among others. What matters most to her is that clients feel respected, supported, and empowered to grow at their own pace.

Whether clients are ready to take the next step or are simply curious about how therapy might support them, Rachel is committed to providing a welcoming and empowering space for growth.
