Nicole is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) at Stradwick Psychology and Neurofeedback Clinic. She has completed a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Carleton University and a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. Nicole provides counseling services to clients of all ages with a wide range of presenting concerns including anxiety, depression, interpersonal conflict, identity issues, grief and more. Nicole has worked alongside children and their families navigating ASD and ADHD challenges, as well at-risk youth seeking behavioural support and affirming care. As no stranger to life’s stressors, Nicole fosters a safe and understanding environment for individuals at all stages of life to create meaningful change.

Nicole believes the therapeutic relationship is principal above all else. With genuine curiosity and unconditional positive regard, Nicole aims to connect with clients and understand their unique stories before implementing techniques from various evidence-based modalities. With experience delivering CBT, DBT, narrative, and psychodynamic therapy, Nicole takes an integrative client-centred approach to therapy with a particular interest in existential principles. Collaboration, respect, and perspective-taking are central to her practice.
