“My first priority is creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel genuinely heard and accepted. This foundation fosters the trust and openness needed to explore your concerns in a meaningful way. Together, we’ll work at your pace to understand your experiences and identify the direction for therapy. Whether you’re facing a current challenge, working through past trauma, or trying to better understand yourself, our work will be guided by what is most meaningful to you. A common misconception about therapy is that you have to be in crisis to seek it out. This is not the case as therapy can be a space to foster self-growth, enhance relationships, and can even be a form of self-care.”
