Our work can include exploring your relationship with food and your body, understanding the role of perfectionism or self-criticism, and making space for emotions that may feel difficult to manage. I recognize that seeking support can bring mixed feelings, and I welcome conversations about both your hopes for recovery and the parts of change that feel frightening or uncertain.

Together, we can work toward developing coping strategies, building self-understanding, and strengthening your ability to respond to challenges with greater flexibility and self-compassion.
