Office Manager
Kristi is the Office Manager at Stradwick Psychology & Neurofeedback Clinic. She brings with her years of experience in client care and customer service, health administration as well as a background in clerical work and accounting.
As our office manager, Kristi is here to provide support to our clients by addressing any questions or concerns they may have, providing support regarding billing and invoicing, as well as facilitating communication between our clients and our clinicians. She is also our third-party billing specialist for our EAP and BlueCross (Veterans and RCMP) Insurance clientele.
