Mindy Sirois

M.A., RP (Qualifying)

Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

Clients: Teen Therapy (15+) & Individual Therapy for Adults

Mindy is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) at Stradwick Psychology & Neurofeedback Clinic and a Registered Drama Therapist with the North American Drama Therapy Association. She is currently completing the requirements for full registration with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).

She has extensive experience providing trauma-informed psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and adults from diverse cultural backgrounds in both Canada and the United States. Throughout her career, she has supported individuals experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns, behavioural challenges, and psychiatric disorders.

Mindy works from a client-centred, trauma-informed lens to support individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, self-harm, addictions, relationship difficulties, sexual and gender identity concerns, and life stressors. Her work is informed by attachment theory, narrative therapy, psychodynamic theory, and trauma-informed exposure-based approaches. As a drama therapist, she also incorporates creative and experiential interventions when appropriate, as well as through conversation.

Mindy strives to meet clients where they are, fostering an environment where they feel safe to explore the stressors, protective patterns, and limiting beliefs that may be standing in the way of growth and meaningful change. She recognizes that vulnerability and change take courage and is committed to building a therapeutic relationship where clients feel seen, heard, accepted, and supported as they move forward at a pace that feels right for them.
