Sandra is a Registered Psychotherapist providing support to children, adolescents, and adults with a broad range of concerns including stress, anxiety, trauma, mood disorders, grief/loss, life transitions, self-esteem and parenting/family issues.
Her therapeutic approach is holistic, collaborative and compassionate, drawing from a number of evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
Sandra’s graduate education includes an MEd in Counselling and a PhD in Education. In addition to her practice with the Stradwick Clinic, she also works as a teacher with a local school board.
