Rachel Côté

Psychometrist
Rachel received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (Highest Honours; 2011) as well as her Master’s of Science degree in Neuroscience (Highest Honours; 2013) from Carleton University.
Rachel has been working as a psychometrist in clinical settings since 2016, working with children, youth, and adults. She performs assessments in order to document the client’s neurocognitive, academic, and social-emotional status. At Stradwick Psychology and Neurofeedback Clinic, Rachel provides QEEG assessments and psychoeducational testing of children and adults under the supervision of Dr. Laura Stradwick.
Rachel is also an EEG and neurofeedback technician and has been working with EEGs since 2015. Previously, Rachel held research positions with the Public Health Agency of Canada and The University of Ottawa Heart Institute. Rachel’s patient and calm demeanor helps put clients at ease. She very effectively establishes a good working rapport, which helps to ensure that the client is working to the best of their ability.
